    No matter how old, dirty or neglected your wood deck is, we can restore it to a like-new condition using environmentally friendly restoration products. Our process will remove dead wood cells, 100% of the previous sealer, mold, mildew, algae, dirt & stains effectively without harming your wood.

    Our exclusive process involves these important steps:

    1. Pre-wetting all vegetation surrounding the deck. Stripping the deck with a bio-degradable wood stain stripper along with low pressure washing to safely remove discoloration & previous worn sealer. We have 2 types of strippers. The type we recommend will depend on the thickness of the sealer we are removing.
    2. Next, we apply wood brightener to lighten old wood to a like new appearance & restore the natural ph balance.
    3. To prevent overspray during sealing, we cover siding, windows, landscape & ground surrounding the deck with tarps.
    4. After deck is dry we finish sand the top of rails, spindles, facia’s where needed to remove any rough spots or splinters.
    5. Finally, we seal the deck using TWP (Total Wood Preservative). We back brush the entire horizontal surface by hand to ensure enough sealer is applied to dry or more porous area’s. This method results in extended life of the TWP sealer.

    TWP preserves & protects the natural warmth, beauty & integrity of wood. It resists water penetration, prevents UV cracking, resists mildew & mold, prevents freeze-thaw damage, will not peel or flake and prevents wood from turning gray & weathered.

    TWP has several color options: Cedar Tone, Honey Tone, Rustic & Pecan are the most popular choices.

    Don’t be fooled by deck companies who sell you a less expensive sealer than TWP. Many products are available at substantially less cost. However, the performance of these products does not match that of TWP. If your deck has been properly cleaned & sealed you should get roughly 2-3 years of life from the sealer. Furthermore, if TWP was used then the deck will look remarkably good even after a couple of seasons of weathering.
